Next Coach
Tools for Sports Coaching
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your digital coaching toolkit: interval timers with whistle, music-synced cue games, and session planners. Built for modern sports trainers.
Next Coach gives sports trainers and coaches a complete set of tools to run better training sessions.
INTERVAL TIMER
Set work/rest rounds with automatic whistle sounds at each transition. Choose from multiple whistle tones and volumes. Rounds repeat until you stop — perfect for drills, sparring, and conditioning.
COACHING WHISTLE
Quick-access whistle with four distinct tones: Whistle, Short Burst, Double Blast, and Horn. Optional floating button keeps it one tap away during any activity.
CUE GAMES
Play songs from Apple Music with coaching cues synced to the beat. Great for reaction drills, burpee challenges, and rhythm-based training. Requires an Apple Music subscription.
SESSION PLANNER
Plan your entire class with timed segments — warm-up, technique, sparring, cooldown. See your progress live with a color-coded timeline. Schedule sessions for specific days of the week.
All tools work together: run a timer while a session is active, switch between screens without losing your place, and see your running activity at a glance from anywhere in the app.
