Welcome to Drillr, the soccer fitness app built around the position you play. No ball, no field, no generic gym plan - just the strength, speed and stamina your role demands, in workouts you do at home or in the gym.
HOW TO USE DRILLR:
1. Select your position
2. Do your daily workout, at home or in the gym
3. Track your nutrition
4. Watch your stats grow
Every exercise, set and rep is picked for your position. A center back trains to win the duel and hold the line. A winger trains to still be flying past people in the 85th minute. Same game, different bodies. Goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, winger or striker - and whether that means a full gym, a pair of dumbbells, or bodyweight only at home.
You get a video demo for every move, stretching aimed at the muscles your position hammers, and stats that show the work adding up week after week.
