Valo Sleep helps you stop late-night scrolling and quiet a busy mind, so you can fall asleep more easily. It gives you a few simple bedtime tools that work together as one calm routine.
APP LOCK
Choose the apps and websites that keep you awake: social media, news, games, videos. Valo Sleep locks them automatically before bedtime and opens them again after you wake up. If you open a locked app, you see a calm screen with the time it opens again.
Need an app for a moment? Breathe slowly for 16 seconds and it opens for 15 minutes, once per night. This pause is there by design. It gives you a moment to choose, not a fight with your phone.
Valo uses Apple's Screen Time. It never sees what you do inside your apps.
BRAIN DUMP
Say or type what is on your mind: worries, ideas, tomorrow's to-dos. Your thoughts are saved, so your mind can rest. If you allow it, Valo changes each voice note into clean, organized text when you stop recording.
BREATHING AND MEDITATION
Voice-guided sessions with soft music:
• "Fall asleep" 4-7-8 breathing
• Box breathing and slow, even breathing
• Body scan, body sinking and sleep affirmations
Slow breathing can help you feel calmer before bed.
SLEEP SOUNDS
From ocean waves and thunderstorms to brown noise, white noise, campfire and soft piano. Play them all night or set a timer. Sounds keep playing when your screen is locked.
YOUR 28-NIGHT JOURNEY
Valo makes a simple plan from your wake-up time and your sleep goal. Each night you follow it, you fill a moon. Night by night, your new bedtime becomes a habit.
BEDTIME REMINDERS
A gentle reminder tells you when it is time to start your routine.
