Jetour Care KW – Employee App
Jetour Care KW is a dedicated workforce management app designed to streamline on-site vehicle servicing operations. Built specifically for garage teams, the app enables seamless coordination between Technicians and Drivers, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery at the customer’s location.
How It Works
When a customer books a vehicle service, a service van—equipped with a Driver and a Technician—is assigned to the job. The app ensures smooth execution of the entire process:
The Driver navigates to the customer’s location using the provided address.
The Technician performs the required vehicle service on-site.
Service progress is documented in real time through photo uploads and task updates.
Parts used during servicing are recorded directly within the app.
