Fixes a bug where closing Settings reset your zoom to 0.5x and cleared the footage ClipBack was holding. You can now open Settings mid-game without losing your zoom level or the play you were about to save.

Fixes for Auto-Trim on Raise. Hold the 45-second button for every play and let ClipBack decide where the clip starts — short rallies now trim down properly instead of stopping at a minimum length. Saved clips also report their real duration now, on the saving banner and in your gallery.

Auto-Trim on Raise — your clip starts where you lifted the phone. Between plays you hold the phone at your side, then whip it up when something happens. The clip you save opens on several seconds of grass before the action. ClipBack now notices the raise and starts your saved clip there instead. It only trims the front — the moment you tapped save is always kept — and it leaves the clip alone unless it's confident. Turn it on in Settings. Pro.

Two new tools for tripod and mounted shots. Focus Lock — press and hold to pin focus and exposure on the action, so someone walking past can't pull focus off the goal. Lens Lock — keep the camera on the lens you picked. iPhones with more than one rear lens switch between them on their own, which can jump to the ultra-wide when you film something close. Lens Lock pins the camera to Ultra Wide, Wide, or Telephoto so your framing stays put. Great for tripods and mounted shots. Find it in Settings on iPhones with more than one rear lens.

ClipBack now speaks your language. Nine new languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.

Flip to the front camera without leaving the app — record your own reaction or commentary mid-game. New Endurance Mode keeps your phone going through all-day tournaments by dimming the screen and easing video quality when things heat up. ClipBack is now much quieter about temperature: it leaves your settings alone unless your phone gets genuinely hot.
