New • Kitchen tickets: items added after an order has gone to the kitchen print on their own ticket, marked Addition. Voiding an item the kitchen already has prints a VOID slip, and voiding or cancelling a whole order prints an ORDER VOID slip listing what the kitchen had. Items the kitchen never received print nothing. • Reprint kitchen ticket: on the Orders screen, press and hold an order to reprint its kitchen ticket. The copy is marked REPRINT, covers what the kitchen already has, and doesn't change what counts as sent. Voided and cancelled orders can't be reprinted. • A sub-cashier sends all of these tickets through its main cashier. The main cashier needs this update to print VOID and REPRINT tickets. • Item counter: turn on "Item counter in the order panel" in the admin dashboard (Settings → Business) to get + and − buttons on items not yet sent to the kitchen, as long as no receipt has been printed. It isn't available on items sold by weight or on the parts of a combo (change the combo from its main line), and the count never goes below 1. • End of Day: the screen now shows the till's whole day beside its shifts, and prints one report: each shift, then the till's total for the day. If the till is already closed, End of Day still marks the day as ended. • Close Till: the slip now shows the discounts given and the amount taken by each payment method. • QR menu orders: move an order to its next step from the order panel: Mark served, Ready for pickup, Out for delivery or Mark delivered. The panel also shows the car for Pickup in car orders, the delivery address and map pin, and the driver. If a step is refused, the till shows the order's latest status. • Loyalty: if your business keeps loyalty as money (Currency mode), balances now show as money in customer search, on the order, on the Customers screen and when paying with loyalty. Points mode works as before. • Omani rial sign: for businesses that charge in Omani rials, amounts now show the official rial sign on the cashier, payment, split checks, orders, shift, gift card and customer screens, and on the customer display. Fixes and improvements • Kitchen: the till now remembers which items the kitchen already has, even after a sync or a restart, so closing and reopening the app no longer makes Print to kitchen print the whole order again. • Kitchen: an item counts as sent only once its printer has printed it. Held items, and items whose printer failed, go with the next send. • Kitchen: the till tells the cashier how each send went: sent, nothing new to send, or which printer failed. A second tap while printing does nothing, and leaving the screen mid-print no longer leaves items unmarked. • Kitchen: a USB kitchen printer is no longer skipped as if it had printed, and a printer that can't be reached now shows as failed instead of printed. • Sync: a discount, note or table change the server refused now sends again by itself, along with the changes waiting behind it. Changes stuck from earlier versions recover the same way. • Shifts: a shift close the server refused no longer brings yesterday's shift back, and if the server already has a shift closed, the till closes it too. • Close Till: if closing is refused because orders are still open, the till no longer overwrites orders that still have payments or changes waiting to send. • The Diagnostics badge now counts only the entries in the error log. • An order status change waiting to send no longer shows a false conflict, and the Served badge is now green.

New • Core tills: one till can take payment for other tills. Mark a till as Core in the admin dashboard (Settings → Branch), then on that till choose the tills it serves in Settings → Linked tills. Their orders appear on the Core's Orders screen as soon as they are placed, and the Core can open them and take payment. Nothing changes in your branch until you mark a Core. • Incoming orders (e-menu, delivery, call centre, waiter app) can ring only on the tills you choose in the admin dashboard, and on the Core each of those tills is linked to. If you choose none, they ring on every main till, as before. • If a payment is refused because the order was already paid on another till, the till now tells the cashier and clears the order. Fixes and improvements • End of Day now closes the till first and shows the shift report. Tapping Done clears the order panel, clocks you out and locks the till to the PIN screen. • Close Till waits only for this till's own orders. Orders on other tills no longer block it. • Finished orders now clear from the order panel, and tapping one on the Orders screen no longer loads it back into the register. • The Orders screen shows the finished orders since the till was last closed, plus every unfinished order. Use the business-date filter to see older ones. • Fewer pop-ups: the till no longer shows error messages for requests it makes in the background. • Tax: an order opened with nothing priced on it, such as an empty table, now charges tax on the items added afterwards. • Tax: rounding now matches the server, so an order is no longer left open over a 1-baisa difference. • Pairing: when pairing is refused, the pairing screen stays open and explains why. • Sync: a till that was offline now catches up on every order changed in the meantime, such as orders paid or voided on another till. Recovered orders keep their modifiers and split checks, and an older copy of an order no longer undoes a saved change. • Sync Data no longer gets stuck when part of it fails, and the next Sync Data runs normally. • Customer display: the thank-you message stays for 20 seconds before the welcome screen returns, and the welcome screen now fits the display.

New • Discount reasons: every discount now asks why it was given, on the Amount, Percent, Predefined and Code tabs, so each discount in your reports comes with its reason. Improvements and fixes • Tables stay in step across tills: when a table is seated, moved or freed on one till, every other till shows it straight away. • An order that a 100% discount brings to zero can now be closed. • Closing a shift no longer gets stuck when the till still has open orders to send. It goes through once they are sent. • More reliable syncing: changes the server could not accept now fix themselves, or clear with a clear reason, instead of staying stuck in the sync errors list. • Sales made offline stay marked as unsent until they are on their way to the server.
