Sayo - Voice to Notes
Voice notes that become tasks
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Talk for two minutes. Sayo hands back the tasks, dates, and decisions, and keeps what is still open in front of you. Tuned for real estate, sales, trades, and students.
Sayo turns what you say into what you have to do.
Tap record and talk, the way you'd talk to a person. Sayo writes it down, then pulls out the parts that matter: the tasks, the dates, the ideas you'd otherwise forget by lunch.
IT KNOWS WHAT YOU DO
Tell Sayo whether your day is showings and closings, calls and demos, jobs and quotes, or lectures and deadlines. It reads every memo that way afterward, names the property or the account in the task, and stops guessing at dates you never said out loud.
STILL OPEN
The top of your notes shows what you actually owe: what's overdue, what's due today, and who you're waiting on, gathered from every memo you've recorded. Tap any of it to jump back to the conversation it came from.
ASK YOUR NOTES
Weeks later, when you can't remember which conversation it was in, just ask. "What did I promise Diego?" "What have I been putting off?" Sayo answers from your own recordings and shows you exactly which memo it came from. It never makes something up: if you didn't say it, it tells you so.

ABOUT YOUR RECORDINGS
Sayo's Cloud AI gives the best results, and it works by sending your recording to Sayo's own backend on Cloudflare to be transcribed and analyzed. It is never linked to your identity, never used for advertising, and never sold. You are asked before this is ever turned on, and you can switch it off in Settings at any time, in which case Sayo processes everything on your device instead. There are no third-party analytics SDKs, no ad identifiers, and no account to create.
Your memos sync through your own iCloud, so they stay yours.

Ratings & Reviews
Sayo now knows what you do for a living, and it stops losing the things you said you'd do.
WORK PROFILES. Tell Sayo whether your day is real estate, sales, on-site work, or studying, and it reads every memo that way. A showing gets read as a showing: the property named in the task, the contract deadline caught, the lender you're waiting on kept separate. It also listens for the words your work actually uses, so HOA, escrow, and punch list stop coming back as something else.
STILL OPEN. The top of your notes now shows what you actually owe. Overdue first, then what's due today, then the people waiting on you, pulled from every memo you've ever recorded. Tap any line to jump straight back to the conversation it came from, and check it off from there. On a day with nothing open, it stays out of your way.
Also in this update:
- Onboarding asks one question that makes every memo better, and no longer promises a number that could change
- Checking a task off from anywhere now keeps Reminders and its due-date alert in step
- Terms of Use lists the plans actually on sale, instead of a hand-written list that could go stale
- Removed the old account code that was still calling a server retired in June, which was quietly delaying every purchase and restore
- A subscription bought on another device no longer gets treated as unpaid when sharing memos in from another app
