Train as a team: create a team or join one with an invite code, then see who is training. A team sees your session count, streak and readiness status, and nothing else. Logging is quicker. Type a weight or reps once and it fills the sets below, tap a set number to remove a set, and single-answer setup questions move on by themselves. Also in this update: steadier GPS distance under tree cover and between buildings, more accurate climb, streaks that survive training a day early, and weights entered with a decimal comma.

Pick the CSV it exports and Gruntz shows you exactly what will come across — every exercise, what it will be saved as, and anything it cannot match — before a single set is written. Nothing is saved until you say so. EXPORT YOUR HISTORY Send your whole training log out as a CSV that opens in any spreadsheet and imports into most lifting apps. Your training is yours to take. DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT If you have turned on progress backup, you can now permanently delete your account, your email address and your backup from Profile, Back up progress.
