The job workflow just got a lot smarter. Open any job and the app now automatically loads the job's date and basecamp location — your Sun and Scout views are instantly in sync without any extra taps. A new Sun Map has been added to the job gallery alongside the photo map and shot list. It shows a live satellite view with the sun's path arc, sunrise and sunset direction lines, and hourly position markers — all calculated for your job's date and location. Tap any shot pin directly on the Sun Map to jump straight into Pre-Viz with the full carousel of shots available. Shot pins on the Sun Map now match the photo map style, and both maps auto-zoom to frame all your shots and basecamp the moment they open. Finally, a fix for GPS drift in the Scout Camera — shots captured in the same spot now cluster together correctly on the map instead of scattering from minor position jitter.

Camera overlays remembered — Sun path, compass, crop, and grid stay exactly as you left them every time you return to the Scout Camera. Directions built in — Tap any basecamp address or GPS coordinates in a job to open turn-by-turn directions in Apple Maps or Google Maps (your choice in settings). Logistics notes per job — Each job now has a dedicated Logistics field for parking, access notes, permits, and anything else the crew needs on the day. More accurate shot coordinates — The Scout Camera now tracks your precise GPS position in the background, so every photo is tagged with your exact location at the moment of capture.

Version 1.3 — What's New Offline Mode Jobs, Gallery, and PreViz Shots now save locally when you're offline or have a weak signal. Work continues uninterrupted and syncs automatically when your connection returns. Shot photos are cached on-device so you can review and mark up existing shots even without a network connection. The Jobs list stays visible offline, populated from the last sync. Please sync your Jobs before heading out to scout. Sun Map Fixed sunrise and sunset times so they display in the local time zone of the pinned location, not your current location. Example, you're in NYC, but you need to know when sunset will be in LA next week. The app will tell you. Sign-In Fixed a bug where logging back in after being signed out would briefly show a "This screen doesn't exist" error page before landing on the home screen.
