Record meetings, get AI minutes, summaries, decisions, and action items in seconds. Then ask anything across all your meetings — instantly. ItsMeHere turns every conversation into clear, structured notes — without you taking a single note. Hit record at the start of any meeting, interview, lecture, or one-on-one. ItsMeHere captures the audio (even when your screen is locked), transcribes it with speaker labels, and produces AI-generated minutes: a crisp summary, the key points raised, decisions made, and a clean list of action items with assignees and due dates. Tap to copy or share — your follow-up email writes itself. When you need to remember what was said three weeks ago, just ask. The built-in AI assistant searches across every meeting you've ever recorded and answers in plain English with citations back to the source. WHY BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS USE ITSMEHERE • Run the meeting, not the notepad — be fully present while ItsMeHere captures everything • Decisions and action items extracted automatically, ready to share • Speaker-labeled transcripts for accurate attribution • Cross-meeting AI search — find that quote, that number, that commitment in seconds • Works in the background — keep recording while you take notes, check email, or join from your headphones • Copy or share any section in one tap BUILT FOR REAL WORK • Client calls and discovery sessions • Sales calls and customer interviews • Standups, syncs, and 1:1s • Board meetings and investor updates • Lectures, podcasts, and research interviews FREE TO START Get 60 minutes of transcription and 20 AI queries every month, free.
