Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Today has a name. AI coaching is on Pro.
Built by a Green Beret, not a marketing team. SOFAST Groundwork puts ruck, strength, and conditioning in your pocket:
- On a sourced memorial date, every name is read and the group does one workout. That day stays free.
- A full tactical workout library, 3 tiers each — scale to your level
- Leaderboard to compete with your team
- Earn rewards for showing up
- Every session logged
The work is the standard.

Green Beret workout.
On a sourced date, every name is read and the group does one workout. That day stays free. No gym: use the bodyweight path when the workout has one. If you cannot train, the range drill is on the same day. Apple Watch carries the names, the work, the scale, and the range.
