Run your shop from your Mac with Restockly, an offline-first point of sale and inventory manager. Handle sales, stock, receipts and daily cash in one place, with optional customer credit and phone reporting.

SELL WITH FEWER STEPS
• Find products by name or barcode, pin favorites and hold a sale for later.
• Apply discounts and record cash, online or split payments.
• Set retail and wholesale prices, plus selling units such as pieces and cartons.
• Customize receipts with your logo, text and paper size. Printing requires a compatible printer.
TRACK STOCK AND EXPIRY
• Manage products, categories, images, costs and low-stock alerts.
• Update stock through sales, returns, purchases and production entries.
• Record each delivery as a batch with its own quantity and expiry date.
• Import products from CSV with a sample template, column mapping, duplicate checks and a preview before saving.
CLOSE THE DAY WITH CONFIDENCE
• Record opening cash, review expected cash and enter the counted amount.
• See the difference and save a printable closing summary.
• Track cash in and out by category.
MAKE IT YOUR OWN
• Choose a business preset, favorite products and a grid or list at checkout.
• Adjust text size, spacing, contrast, visible pages and receipt layout.
• Set staff PINs and permissions. Use keyboard shortcuts and choose your interface and receipt language.
CUSTOMERS AND CREDIT
Keep customer details and purchase history together. The separately purchased credit module adds sales on account, outstanding balances and full or partial repayment recording.
CHECK YOUR SHOP FROM YOUR PHONE
Mobile Share, available with a separate monthly subscription, gives you a read-only browser link. Choose which sales, profit, cash, customer and low-stock figures it shows. Share by QR code or link, change the visible sections, pause sharing or delete the link.
Keep the shop Mac running and connected. Local viewing uses shop Wi-Fi; remote viewing requires internet access. No phone app is needed.
REPORTS, TAX AND YOUR DATA
• Review daily or date-range reports and export Excel (XLSX) or PDF files.
• Configure tax names and rates, tax-inclusive or exclusive prices, and product-specific rates. See tax collected separately from profit.
• Keep your business database locally, with backup and restore options. Google Drive report uploads are optional and require setup and authorization.
Everyday checkout and stock work offline. Internet access is needed for purchases, subscription verification and optional online services.
TRIAL, PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Try the core app for 3 days with up to 5 products and 10 sales. Continued core access requires a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time unlock. The credit module is sold separately with monthly, yearly or one-time options. Mobile Share requires its own monthly subscription.
Prices are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. One-time purchases do not renew. Subscription access requires an active plan.
