This is my favorite app to help me align with prayer. I used tons of blocking apps like Opal and others but this one is by far the best because I get to learn about Hinduism, so breath work, and block my distracting apps at the same time! Really loving how easy it is to use and the content in here is awesome. Really loving it and highly recommend if you’re trying to more learn and reduce distraction

I love this app. It’s helped me be so much more intentional about putting prayer first instead of instantly reaching for social media or mindlessly scrolling. Having that pause before unlocking my phone has actually made such a difference in helping me use my phone less and stay more consistent with praying.
