It's built around a specific moment: late at night, when you're motivated and clear about what you want to do differently. NightFuel captures that moment — in your own voice or as text — and makes sure morning-you has to answer for it.
How it works:
- Make a promise and name your first concrete step
- Record it in your own voice or type it out
- Pick when you'll be ready to follow through, and how long your window is
- When the reminder fires, your completion window opens — mark it done before it closes, or it counts as a miss
- Your follow-through rate builds over time — honest data about how you actually operate
