DoseTrace is a private, personal health journal. You decide what to track — peptides, injectables, vitamins, supplements, lab work, vaccines, body measurements — and DoseTrace helps you remember it, review it, chart it, and hand it to your own doctor. Everything is entered or uploaded by you. DoseTrace never interprets your data or tells you what to do.

• Lab test journal: upload a PDF or snap a photo of a lab report from any lab, in any language, and DoseTrace pulls out the values so you don't retype them. Chart any marker over time, label your tests, search, and favorite the ones you watch.
• Vaccine journal: log your vaccines and boosters — or scan a vaccine card or a doctor's sheet — with dates, your own next-due reminders, and notes.
• BMR, Energy & Protein calculator: estimate the daily calories and protein that fit your goal, run a reality check against your real results, and track weight vs. waist over time. A general-wellness estimate, never tied to any medication.
• One-tap export: hand any doctor a clean PDF or CSV of the records you entered.
You can edit or delete anything you enter — including every value read from a photo or PDF — so your journal always says exactly what you want it to.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Your data lives on your device by default. If you turn on sync, it travels encrypted to your own account — no third party reads your entries. Delete everything in two taps, or remove single entries whenever you like.

DoseTrace Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.

Log or snooze a dose right from its reminder notification. Snooze Today alerts to later today or tomorrow. Serum curve: gradual absorption for some injectables, clearer units, and compounds that can't be charted are named. Your food log now feeds the reality check across the whole check, including food you add days later. New option to hide compound names on the lock screen.
