A 1,000-row limit could hide approved venues entirely; the list is now built around the area you are searching. • Rescheduling a meet & greet moves your existing appointment instead of creating a second one, and it stays free. • Services category search now has a close button, so you can get back out of it. • Businesses: Manage Venues recognises a PetGo-granted multi-venue plan instead of showing the per-venue price. • Businesses: switching to your business account no longer drops you into first-run setup, and claim search no longer matches on any single word.

This update fixes a handful of issues so your pet's world loads the way it should. Health records, vaccinations, medications, the care diary, and your upcoming schedule now appear reliably. Co-owners, household members, friends, and carers show up with their real names and photos in Contacts — no more generic "Contact" labels. Sharing a pet works end to end, too: custody handovers update live, and access is reciprocal — a co-owner sees the pet in their own account, while a carer can only make changes while they actually hold custody.
