This update expands Matresce with richer pregnancy and postpartum tracking, including fetal movement, contractions, vitals, blood sugar, weight, baby care, postpartum recovery, and birth prep tools.
It also improves appointment summaries, weekly insights, reminders, warning-sign guidance, quick food and medication reference notes, and optional iCloud/Sign in with Apple account support.
