Deleting a recording now asks you to confirm first, so a stray tap can no longer remove a meeting. The "View Recording" link in your summary email now opens the recording straight in the app.

If a recording can't be processed, it now says so and offers a Retry button, instead of a screen that keeps loading.

The email preference in Settings and the invitation in your meeting notes now match the rest of the app.

Choose whether to receive meeting tips, feature announcements, and offers by email during onboarding or in Settings. Your email preference stays in sync across your devices. We also improved the layout of the language selection screen during onboarding.

Recordings with Bluetooth headphones are now reliable: when your headset switches to call mode during a meeting, Menutes keeps recording at the right speed and the microphone recovers in under a second. If the app is ever force-quit mid-meeting, only the last few seconds are lost instead of the last half minute.

Meeting summaries now always keep their structure. In longer meetings with a lot of sub-points, a summary could sometimes arrive as one continuous block of text instead of separate sections and bullet points, and copying it into a document carried that over. That is fixed, and summaries that were already affected have been corrected for you.

See your free plan usage right in the app: how much recording time you have used this month and when it resets. Menutes now gives you a friendly heads-up when your free time is running low, and if you ever use it all up, it tells you clearly while keeping all your existing recordings, transcripts, and summaries available.

• Meeting reminders now stay in sync with your calendar — canceled meetings no longer trigger notifications. • Various fixes and improvements.

• More reliable recording through interruptions (like phone calls), with cleaner recovery. • Get notified when your transcript and summary are ready. • "End" stops instantly and uploads finish in the background. • Various fixes and improvements.

This update makes recording more reliable: it fixes a rare crash when starting the microphone, keeps long recordings smooth and responsive, and makes saving more resilient if your connection drops or your phone locks mid-recording. Meeting title edits now save automatically.

Fixes an issue where the app showed a network error and couldn't load your recordings, calendar, or sign you in. Everything connects normally again.

Long recordings just work. Fixes cases where 60+ minute meetings were capturing only a few minutes of audio. Also keeps the app responsive during long sessions, so typing notes or renaming the meeting stays smooth all the way through.

Recording is much more responsive: typing into the meeting title is instant again, and the voice waveform stays smooth during long sessions and after the screen has been locked. Fixes a slowdown some users hit a few minutes into a recording.

Auto-generated meeting titles now follow your Settings → Summary language. If you record without typing a title, the title comes back in the language you picked for summaries, instead of always defaulting to the spoken language. If you typed a title yourself, we use exactly what you wrote.

Recordings are now more reliable. Your audio is preserved through screen locks, brief interruptions like Siri or phone calls, and offline gaps. Uploads finish in the background as soon as your connection returns.

Write and edit meeting notes on iOS with a Notion-style keyboard toolbar, plus tap to copy summaries and transcripts.
