RECORD YOUR RUNS Track distance, duration and how you feel afterward. With location permission, record a route; or add a run manually. Route records stay on your device. OPTIONAL AI CHAT After you consent, chat with AI or turn a conversation into a diary draft or summary. Choose whether AI can use your mood records, diary entries, memories and profile, and change those choices at any time. SMALL EVERYDAY TOOLS Set a daily reminder, protect your content with an app lock, view today's mood in a Home Screen widget, or record a mood on your paired Apple Watch. PULSE PLUS Core mood tracking, journaling, running, weekly summaries, search, favorites, app lock and local backup do not require a subscription. The free plan includes 30 AI chat turns and 3 generations per month, plus a one-time device welcome allowance of 20 chat turns and 2 generations. Pulse Plus includes 600 AI chat turns and 60 generations per month. Diary drafts and chat summaries share the generation allowance. Monthly and annual plans have the same benefits. Allowances reset each UTC calendar month and do not roll over. An annual plan does not grant a full year's allowance at once. Monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions are available. Price and billing period appear in the Apple purchase confirmation. Apple processes payment. Manage or cancel renewal in your system subscription settings. Benefits continue until the current paid period ends, and your existing local records remain available to view and export. AI features require an internet connection and send the content needed for your request to DeepSeek through the developer's HTTPS backend. AI responses may be inaccurate.
