TRAINING • New Train tab: the coach suggests the session of the day from what you ate, and never asks you to make up for it. • GYM: four programs that repeat in a cycle (Push · Pull · Legs, Upper · Lower, Full body, Glutes and legs) and standalone workouts by muscle group. Every exercise has a video and the weight of each set is saved. • HIIT at home: video-guided routines of 10 to 20 minutes, with warm-up and cool-down. You can swap, remove or add exercises. • Training schedule: pick the days and the time, and the app reminds you. • The gym videos are bundled in the app, so they play with no connection. FOOD AND PROGRESS • Weekly budget: decide whether what you have left on one day is spread over the rest of the week. • Progress with streak, weight and daily calorie average. • Insight of the day, with a read on how you are doing.
