This update adds Home Phone support across Advantage Connect, making it easier to choose the right customer contact number from conversations and customer forms. Home Phone numbers are treated as call-only, helping prevent SMS attempts to landlines while keeping mobile messaging workflows clear. We also improved conversation creation, scheduled message handling, phone indicators, and responsive layout details.

You can now refresh the app with a simple pull-down gesture on mobile and tablet, similar to a mobile browser. When you pull down from the top of any page, a refresh icon appears and animates as you drag. Once you pull far enough, the app gives a small vibration/tap feedback to confirm the refresh is ready. Release your finger and the page reloads with the latest information. We also added new lead actions to make working with leads faster. You can now call a lead, attach a lead to an opportunity, create/search customers and opportunities during the attach flow, and delete leads when needed. Lead counts now update automatically after lead changes. The call flow was improved too: conversations can now open directly into the dialer when launched from the right lead or conversation action.
