Introducing Frequency Challenges and Cheat Days. You can now build goals like 3 times a week or 12 times a month, giving you a more flexible way to stay consistent. We also added Cheat Days, gentle pauses that help you keep your momentum without losing sight of your progress.

New: starter habit templates. Tap + to pick from 20 ready-made habits across health, fitness, mindfulness, learning, productivity and more. Each one pre-fills the create form so you can save in one tap, or tweak first.

Improved tap reliability across the app — back, options, and day cells respond on the first tap, especially on older iPhones.

A tiny tune-up - Fixed marking past days in challenges with skip schedules - Challenge detail now shows the right icon for each one Thank you to everyone who flagged these
