How CODY helps:
• Talk it out, privately. Open up about anything, judgment-free.
• Reach your own answers. CODY asks and listens; it never lectures or advises.
• See your patterns. CODY notices what keeps coming up and gently reflects it back as insights.
• Look back. End each chat with a clear recap, and get a monthly letter on how your month really felt.
• Check in with yourself. Note how you're feeling and watch how it shifts over time.
Your privacy comes first:
Your conversations stay on your device, fully private. Only you can see them. CODY never sells your data and never shows you ads.
For parents:
CODY is designed with safety at its core, and built specifically for teens. By design, it never gives advice or tells your teen what to do. It only helps them reflect and reach their own conclusions. Conversations stay private on your teen's device, with no ads and no data selling, and CODY is always clearly identified as an AI tool. If a conversation ever raises a serious concern, CODY surfaces professional support resources and a trusted adult your teen has chosen.
An important note:
CODY is a reflection tool, not therapy, and not a crisis line. If something serious comes up, CODY points you toward real support and the people in your corner.
CODY is built for ages 13+.
Fixed a voice-to-text bug on mood notes, so your words come through clean and talking to CODY feels smooth again.
