I Forgot The Coupons
Auto-Clip & Save on Groceries
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Connect your grocery store account and let coupons clip automatically. Shop with your loyalty card to use offers on qualifying purchases.
Connect your grocery store account and let I Forgot The Coupons handle the clipping. At stores with purchase-history import, it uses what you buy to rank coupons and add relevant offers to your loyalty card.
HOW IT WORKS
• Choose from 42 grocery-store brands, including Fred Meyer, Safeway and Publix.
• Open the app to check for new coupons. Clipping runs automatically; timing varies by store.
• Shop with your connected loyalty account. Discounts apply when you meet each coupon's requirements.
MORE CONTROL, LESS CLIPPING
Browse Extras to add offers you want. View imported purchases where your store supports them.
STORE SUPPORT
Some connections are in beta. Availability and features vary by store. Purchase-history import and dollar savings totals are not available everywhere. Food City is in beta; its receipts are not yet shown in the app.
TRY PREMIUM
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. Continued access after the trial requires Premium. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or one-time Lifetime Access. See the purchase screen for current pricing and any subscription trial offer.
Purchases are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
I Forgot The Coupons is independent and is not affiliated with the grocery stores it supports.

- The Purchases tab no longer asks you to connect a store you've already connected.
- Home shows clearer coupon counts for stores that don't report dollar savings.

• Bug fixes and stability improvements.

Bug fixes and improvements
2.0.23 Sep 29
- Links in our emails now open the right screen in the app.
- Reconnect notifications take you straight to your store's sign-in.
- Stores show their own name, like Fry's or King Soopers, and a store that needs reconnecting can be managed or disconnected.

- Your Fred Meyer coupon card stays in sync more reliably.
- Accessibility and stability improvements.
2.0.21 Sep 26
Fred Meyer coupons clip reliably, whether the app clips them for you or you clip one yourself.
Coupons that are already on your card now show as added.
2.0.19 Sep 23
You stay signed in when the app updates, and signing in finishes even when your connection stalls.
Logging out or deleting your account could leave a valid session on the device if a background refresh was in flight at that moment, which signed you back in on the next launch. On a shared device that could hand your account to whoever opened the app next. Both now clear the session in every case.
Minimize a clip run and keep browsing. The collapsed strip keeps a live count, and tapping it brings the sheet back.
Clip results tell you when a run clipped some coupons and couldn't clip others, and a result that needs you to do something stays on screen until you dismiss it.
When a coupon is swapped off a full Fred Meyer card and the replacement doesn't land, putting the original back now gets a second try.
2.0.16 Sep 20
More accurate coupon counts.
Each store's page now shows the coupon count and savings for that store alone, rather than totals across every store you have connected.
Clipping progress reports an accurate total from start to finish, including when your card reaches its limit partway through.
Giant Eagle coupons now show purchase requirements and product details where Giant Eagle provides them.
Fred Meyer clipping follows the limit your account actually has, and makes room on a full card by replacing auto-clipped coupons that don't match your shopping with ones that do. Coupons you clipped yourself are never removed.
Receipts imported from a connected store are recorded once per shopping trip, so your spending totals stay accurate.
2.0.12 Sep 9
Fixes for connecting stores and clipping coupons.
• Giant Food sign-in works again. If Giant Food asks for a verification check, the app now shows it so you can complete it instead of reporting a connection problem, and tapping Connect afterwards no longer gets stuck.
• Connect Fred Meyer and clipping starts right away. We clip a starter set of the highest-value coupons immediately, instead of waiting to learn your shopping habits first.
• A store you connected on one phone now shows as connected on your other devices, instead of asking you to reconnect something already working.
• Reconnecting a store keeps the coupons already on your card, and clears its Reconnect badge right away.
• The clipping progress sheet no longer covers a store sign-in form, and no longer counts past its own total.
• Giant Eagle and Giant Food now show what your clipped coupons are worth.
2.0.9 Sep 5
Newly connected stores now start clipping right away.
Fixed a timing issue where connecting a store (like Publix) sometimes didn't start clipping until the next scheduled run.
Reopening the app now reliably kicks off a fresh clip.
2.0.6 Sep 3
Publix now connects. Fixed an issue that stopped connecting a Publix account from finishing.
If your Publix account already has a store set, we use it automatically instead of asking you to pick one.
The "Connect a store" button on the Coupons tab is easier to spot.
2.0.5 Sep 3
Winn-Dixie is here: connect your account and your coupons clip automatically in the background, like Fred Meyer and Safeway.
Clipping starts the moment you connect a store, and opening the app or pulling to refresh checks for new coupons right away.
A store that needs you to sign in again shows a Reconnect button on the Coupons and Settings screens.
Fixed a bug where Winn-Dixie could quietly stop clipping new coupons after you connected.
2.0.4 Sep 2
Tapping a coupon with no extra details no longer opens an empty panel. Only coupons with more to show expand now. Plus behind-the-scenes fixes and improvements to coupon clipping and store connections.
1.0.56 Aug 25
Safeway and the Albertsons family are here. Connect Safeway once and Albertsons, Vons, Jewel-Osco, Carrs and the rest come with it.
Safeway purchases import automatically, with the same item detail and savings you already get from Fred Meyer.
Safeway coupons show their picture and the amount they take off, and count towards your savings total.
Watch clipping happen live. A progress screen shows the coupon going on your card right now, with a result for each one.
A full Fred Meyer card keeps clipping. The app makes room by clearing out expired and unused coupons first, and never touches one you clipped yourself.
One Kroger sign-in connects every Kroger brand, and the screen shows which one you used.
Disconnecting a store updates your savings total and your Coupons screen right away.
Clearer status while stores sync.
1.0.51 Aug 16
• Your savings now count up live while coupons are being clipped, and update the moment a sync finishes.
• Fixed clipped coupons sometimes not saving to your account after a big clipping run.
• Store pages now show the same savings numbers as the home screen.
• The clipping progress bar stays visible while you browse, instead of disappearing.
1.0.44 Jul 10

• Your savings total updates live as coupons are clipped, on every screen.
• Imported purchases show up in your list right away, no need to pull to refresh.
1.0.41 Jul 4
Your clipped count and total savings now update on their own the moment auto-clipping finishes.
1.0.39 Jun 24
You can now unlock Premium for good with a one-time Lifetime purchase — no subscription. Have an offer code? Redeem it right from the upgrade screen.
1.0.36 Jun 17
- If your Fred Meyer card hits its 250-coupon limit, you now get a clear "Coupon limit reached" notice instead of sync hanging or showing a false success.
- New home dashboard: see each connected store with its savings, clipped coupons, and a heads-up when clips are about to expire.
- Bulk clipping is way faster. A 45-coupon batch used to take about 11 minutes. Now it's around 2.
- Fetch Purchases no longer times out on long syncs. If a request stalls, the app retries it for you.
- Filter the Purchases tab by store, with a purchase count for each one.
- Browse Extras now shows the coupons that loaded instead of an error when part of the page fails.
- Added a Connect a store link at the bottom of the home screen.
- You stay signed in for up to 90 days when you're away.
- Fixed a crash when opening a store from the home screen, and the launch logo showing up tiny.
1.0.35 Jun 13
Lifetime Access. Pay $99.99 once and Premium is yours, no recurring billing.
Browse Extras hides expired coupons so you don't waste taps trying to clip them.
Auto-clip retries when a coupon fails on the first attempt.
Privacy controls and a data export option are now in Settings.
Fixed the paywall getting stuck when the purchase service was slow to start.

• Coupon clipping keeps working when the subscription service is briefly unreachable
• Paywall correctly recognizes paid subscribers and stops flashing
• Quick "rate the app" prompt appears after a few useful interactions
• New privacy choices and data export from Settings
• Onboarding store picker and connection flow are smoother end-to-end
1.0.27 May 22
• Keep Connect visible above the keyboard during store sign-in on iPhone.
• See Lifetime Access status and subscription-management guidance more clearly.
