Say so — and a pregnancy can start from the due date. • In Settings → Data & Privacy, you can import past periods from a Flo data export. The file is read on your iPhone only. • Everything in your language: symptoms, Insights, the doctor report, widgets, the Live Activity and the Apple Watch. • "Sync now" in Apple Health settings now also brings in sleep, water and exercise added later. • Exercise from Apple Health shows its exact minutes in your log. • Text no longer gets cut off on smaller iPhones and Apple Watch sizes. • Fixed: exporting the doctor report or your data opened an empty screen. Never hunt for the period button again. • Logging your period is now a clear, solid button right at the top of Today — it used to be a faint tile further down the screen. • New: in the days just before your period is due, a gentle prompt appears so you can log it the moment it starts, even if it arrives early. • Irregular and PCOS mode keeps working the way it should — no false "starting tomorrow" guesses when your prediction is a range. • Fixed: the period and ovulation buttons now appear in your language instead of English. • Refreshed App Store screenshots.
