Use daily or weekly check-ins to keep a simple record of where you were and whether you worked. When location permission is granted, Nomad Pro can suggest your current country during check-in. Your dashboard turns those records into a clear tax-year picture: UK day count, UK work day count, Schengen position, and country-limit watchpoints in one place.
The planner helps you model future stops before you book them, so you can see where a route starts to create pressure. Instead of guessing from a spreadsheet, you can plan your year visually and understand what needs attention.
It is also built around documentation. Check-ins, travel history, work-day records, notes, imports, and exports help you keep an evidence trail and explain the rationale behind your movements. • If your UK days land exactly on a limit, such as 90 or 120 days, the app now counts it the way HMRC does.
• The 90-day tie now only applies if you spent more than 90 days in the UK in either of the last two tax years. Being UK resident in those years no longer triggers it on its own.
• Smoother onboarding and a clearer Check a trip result.
