Grace Gate Print Tool prints the name tags from Grace Gate Check-In on your iPad to a label printer plugged into your Mac.
TWO LABELS PER CHECK-IN
A name tag for each child, with their room, allergies and a parent's phone number. One pickup ticket for the family, with the pickup code. A family with three kids gets three tags and one ticket.
SET UP IN FIVE MINUTES
1. Open the Print Tool on the Mac at your check-in desk.
2. Type the 6-character pairing code from your iPad (Settings, Cloud Sync).
3. Pick your printer and label size.
4. Print a test label. Turn on Open at login so it's ready every Sunday.
WORKS WITH YOUR PRINTER
DYMO LabelWriter, Brother QL, Zebra, or any label printer your Mac can see. Built-in sizes for DYMO 30336, 30252, 30334, 30321 and 30256, and Brother DK-1209, DK-1201, DK-1208 and DK-1202. A live preview shows your tag as you adjust it, and you can arrange what goes where on the tag from your Grace Gate dashboard.
OFFLINE MODE
No Wi-Fi where the kids meet? Connect the iPad to the Mac by Bluetooth and tags print anyway. Today's Check-Ins shows who's here and in which room, lets you check children in or out, and reprints a lost tag.
STAYS OUT OF THE WAY
It lives at the top of the screen, next to the clock. A glance tells you it's connected.

This is a companion to the Grace Gate Check-In iPad app. One Grace Gate subscription ($9.99 a month) covers both. Your first month is free, with no card needed.
