Runterdrücker is a habit-building support tool for people who want to do more of the small things — without reminders, guilt, or commitment. Most habit apps are built around streaks, notifications, and accountability. Runterdrücker takes a different approach. There are no reminders. No streak counters. No judgement. Instead, it maintains a quiet, self-sorting list of things you'd like to do more often — and shows you what's ready when you are. **How it works** You add items — anything from "stretch" to "call a friend" to "water the plants" — and set a target interval: how often you'd ideally like to do them. You can also define tolerance windows: how much earlier or later than the target is still fine. The list sorts itself. Things you've done recently sink to the bottom, faded and out of the way. As time passes, they gradually rise. When they reach their target interval, they appear at the top, clearly available. If they go past their tolerance window, they stand out a little more — but never urgently. When you do something, you tap to log it. The item sinks back down.
