Every invoice, bill, payment and stock movement posts to a double-entry general ledger as you record it. Your reports are built from that ledger, not added up from a list of invoices, so the balance sheet balances and the numbers are current whenever you open them. There's no month-end catch-up.

They can accept or reject it and message you back, and an optional one-time email code can be required before an acceptance counts. Every view, download and response is logged with a timestamp, so there's a record of what was agreed.
