In this update: • With the Paper wallpaper, the time, signal, Wi-Fi and battery at the top of the screen are now readable in Setup, Analytics, Settings and Profiles: they no longer disappear against the dark background of those screens. • A new "Rate Tregua" row in the Support section of Settings opens Tregua's page on the App Store, so you can write a review whenever you like.

In this update: • "Re-lock now" locks every app you unlocked at once, not just one. • The end of a session or a scheduled rule is now in sync: the countdown and the block end at the same second, and the notification that it ended arrives right after. • The upcoming-rule notice on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows only rules that will really start, names their profile, wraps long names instead of cutting them, and updates when you rename a rule or a profile. • The rules of a profile that isn't active show again. • New profiles start Indigo, the Date and Word Clock widgets write dates in your language's order, and Analytics has new period buttons.

Fixes in this update: • Disabled scheduled rules no longer block apps during their scheduled hours. • Temporary unlocks expire even with Tregua closed. • Session rules no longer re-block apps after the session ends. • The upcoming-rule countdown in Dynamic Island shows a duration with units and is easier to read.

New in Tregua 2.1: • No more waiting between unlocks: when an unlock ends, you can start the next one right away. • Minutes limits now remind you. When you've used the minutes you set for the day, Tregua sends one notification (if you allow notifications), and what comes next is up to you. • Activating a profile from the launcher or Setup starts its rules at once. • Turning Hard Mode off gives a rule back the unlock mode and exercise it had before. After unblocking all of a rule's apps, the confirmation shows every app that opened. • Reorganized editors: Typeface, Appearance and Layout each open their own page with a live preview, and launcher changes, apps and labels included, are saved together when you tap the checkmark button. • Redesigned Profiles and Launcher Views. Tiny5 replaces the old pixel typeface and adds Ukrainian letters. The Thought widget can use any typeface and hide the profile name. • In Analytics, the Screen Time report lists every app you used. Erase All Data now also removes your Analytics counts and default distractions. Plus fixes in widgets, purchases and Analytics. Free to start. Private by design. No ads, no tracking.

A big update for more intentional phone use. • Pause distracting apps — add an "Apps to Pause" list to any profile. Opening a paused app gives you a calm moment first: a breath, a short delay, a quick challenge, or a firm block. Self-directed and powered by Apple's Screen Time API. Not a parental control tool. • Schedules — let a profile turn itself on by time of day, including overnight wind-down. Set it once when you're calm; it works on its own. • A refreshed, calmer design — new typography, customizable launcher and secondary widgets, and a curated set of fonts, colors, and backgrounds. • Tregua Pro (optional) — unlimited profiles, more schedules and time-limit blocking, the full font catalog, extra wallpapers and color presets, more launcher layouts, and optional iCloud sync. Free to start. Private by design. No ads, no tracking.
