Sweto
Sweat for your screen time.
Free · In‑App Purchases
Want more screen time? Earn it. Move, play, complete chores, and unlock your favorite apps.
Stop scrolling. Start moving.
Unscroll is the screen time app that actually works — because it makes you work out. Pick the apps you can't stop opening, and Unscroll locks them down. The only key? Your body.
How it works:
Choose the apps you want to block (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube — you know the ones)
When you reach for a blocked app, Unscroll steps in
Spin the exercise wheel and complete a quick workout — squats, pushups, jumping jacks & more
Your app unlocks for one hour. No guilt. You earned it.
Real exercise, real detection.
Unscroll uses your camera and on-device pose detection to count every rep. No faking it. No tapping a button 10 times. Actually move your body and the app knows.
Built different:
8 camera-verified exercises — squats, pushups, jumping jacks, lunges & more
Smart auto-zoom keeps you in frame while you work out
Earn points by exercising — spend them to skip workouts when you're busy
Daily and weekly stats so you can see your progress
Works even when the app is closed — blocked apps stay blocked
Your privacy matters.
All pose detection happens on your device. No video is recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. Ever.
Free vs Premium ($2.99 one-time):
Free: Block 1 app, squats exercise
Premium: Unlimited app blocking, all 8 exercises with the spin wheel — pay once, no subscription
Why Unscroll?
The average person picks up their phone 96 times a day. Most screen time apps just show you a number and hope for the best. Unscroll creates a real barrier — one that turns a bad habit into a healthy one. Every time you reach for a distraction, you build strength instead.
Stop doom scrolling. Start moving. Unscroll.
