Resolution Reviews Screen- A new dedicated screen shows all resolution proofs submitted against your complaints — both pending and previously responded ones — so you can always revisit the details. 4. Complaint Detail Improvements- Your complaint detail page now shows the current resolution status with a clear banner and a direct link to view the submitted proof and take action.

We have updated the complaint form to include dedicated fields for the complainant's name and contact information. These fields are designed to automatically pre-fill using your profile data to save you time during submission. Additionally, the form includes built-in formatting to ensure your contact number is correctly validated and ready for submission instantly.
