Each daughter sees exactly what she shares, and can leave at any time.

• The calendar now follows your own signs: if you log your temperature or egg-white discharge, your ovulation day and fertile days move with them. • In the week before your period, the calendar tells you when your period is due, instead of pointing to next month's fertile window. • Apple Health: Nooré now asks only for your basal body temperature, and tells you exactly where to change access.

• A clearer calendar: it says what today means. Logging now takes three taps. Period, discharge, symptoms — that's it, and everything else is optional. New: a cycle report you can hand to your doctor. It reads your cycle history against published guidelines, tells you plainly whether your cycles look regular, and says how confident it is. Print it or share it. New cycle insights: how much your cycle lengths vary, how many periods you've had this year, and when a pattern is worth a conversation with a clinician. Nooré describes what it sees. It never diagnoses.
