The Live Activity on your lock screen now stays current even if you don't open the app: at each prayer time it moves on to the next prayer. Pray Buddy asks for your permission once (not in the Kids profile). No location, no name, no account. You can turn it off anytime in Settings under "Keep lock screen up to date".

No more follow-up for a prayer you have already marked. The Live Activity only shows a check mark for the prayer it displays, and at prayer time it moves on to the next prayer with its countdown. After midnight the times of your chosen place or Diyanet district stay in use.

More reliable reminders: correct times after travelling and for an Isha after midnight, and marking a prayer from a reminder counts on the right day. Your history is kept when you switch locations.

Small improvements under the hood for a calm, reliable start to every prayer time.

A calm new look across the whole app. Prayer times are now much larger and easy to read at a glance, and they grow with your screen. The countdown to the next prayer is big and clear, with a line that shows how far the day has come. Tracker, Qibla compass, Dhikr counter, calendar and settings share the same quiet design and your chosen background. Pray Buddy now speaks German. Countries and cities in the Diyanet location list are sorted alphabetically.

Minor improvements and bug fixes.

A quieter, tidier layout throughout. The prayer list starts higher on the screen, the header row sits at the same height on every tab, and nothing scrolls away behind the bar at the bottom. Text now follows your system text size everywhere, up to the largest accessibility sizes. On iPad in landscape all six prayer times stand beside the countdown without scrolling. The Qibla screen was redrawn with stronger contrast, and the tracker says plainly when there is nothing to show yet.

Fixed the home screen widget that could freeze on a past prayer. It now always shows the correct current prayer with a live countdown, even when you haven't opened the app for a while.

Pray Buddy is now over 80% smaller to download! Also new: choose your madhab (Hanafi, Shafi'i, Maliki, Hanbali) for the Asr time, clearer Diyanet settings that remember your picked city, and refreshed voice recordings.

Display fix: the sunrise row (Shuruq) now stays on a single, clean line on every iPhone size. Plus small polish across the prayer list.

The Learn section is now fully localized: step-by-step photo guides for Wudu (ablution) and Namaz (prayer), now in all 5 languages and explained simply for kids.

Widgets now show larger, easier-to-read prayer times and names, with the currently active prayer highlighted just like in the app. The widget refreshes every time you open or close Pray Buddy, so countdowns stay accurate. A few quiet reliability fixes for first-launch behavior.

Your currently active prayer is now clearly shown at the top with a countdown to the next one, and the corresponding row in the list gently glows so you always see where you are. Qibla hints are translated into Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, and French. Two new background themes: Turquoise and a brighter Mint. Widgets follow the same active-prayer signal.
