A big update focused on making every practice session count. PREPARE FOR A REAL CONVERSATION Got a raise talk, a boundary to set or feedback to give coming up? Pick what kind of conversation it is, rehearse the closest one first, and get an opening line and the key moves to use. COACHING THAT STICKS • After each conversation, see what worked, one thing to try next time, and a stronger reply you could have used. • Replay any moment to try a different approach. • Save the phrases you want to remember. • Moments where you picked a weaker reply now come back in Review, so you practice your own weak spots. RICHER, MORE REALISTIC CONVERSATIONS More choices at key moments, with replies that sound like real people, so picking the best one takes judgment, not guesswork. Short conversations now have a proper second beat. A CLEARER PATH Courses now show their level, what you'll be able to do afterwards and how long they take. Start with Conversation Foundations and go deeper from there. Every lesson now shows the mistake to avoid, not just the right move. MADE FOR YOU • Tell us your name and what you want to get better at, and TalkCraft starts you with conversations that fit. • Set a weekly goal you can keep. • Turn on an optional daily reminder at a time that suits you. Plus smoother onboarding, unfinished conversations that pick up where you left off, and many fixes and improvements.

Sharper coaching, smoother practice. • Rehearsals feel more real. Every conversation scenario has been rewritten with more natural dialogue and specific, honest coaching notes that explain why a line lands or backfires. • Fixed: drills no longer jump to a different question on their own mid-session. • Set your own pace. Choose a daily target of 1, 2 or 3 exercises from the Goals screen and change it any time. • Streak protection. Miss a single day and a protection covers it automatically. See how many you have left on the Streak screen. • Streak calendar now lines up with real weekdays (Mon–Sun), so missed days show where they actually happened. • Better results screens. Neutral choices are no longer marked as mistakes, only skills the scenario actually tests are scored, and you see the XP you earned. • Review sessions report accuracy and XP correctly, and a low recall score is no longer shown in red. Forgetting is how spaced repetition works. • Articles now render properly in dark mode. • Faster onboarding with fewer steps before your first practice. • If saving an attempt fails, you'll see a retry option instead of silently losing the result. • Stability fixes and general polish.

This update is a top-to-bottom rewrite of the coaching itself. BETTER FEEDBACK AFTER EVERY CHOICE Coach notes used to say "Good recovery." or "Too vague." Every one now tells you what your response actually did and what it set up — so you take the reasoning into a real conversation, not just the verdict. KNOW WHAT YOU'RE PRACTISING All 38 modules now open with a clear goal, like "Ask permission before raising a sensitive topic, and respond well to a no." No more guessing what a module is for. RECEIVING FEEDBACK NOW HAS LESSONS That course previously went straight into practice with nothing taught first. It now has four lessons: telling appreciation from coaching from evaluation, staying grounded when feedback stings, disagreeing without dismissing, and asking for feedback you can actually use. WHEN A CONVERSATION SKILL ISN'T THE ANSWER Ten modules now say plainly where the skill stops working — harassment, retaliation, being pressured about money, feeling unsafe disagreeing at home. Better phrasing doesn't fix ther implies it does. MORE HONEST ABOUT PEOPLE We removed claims that a particular phrase "guarantees" or "ensures" a reaction. People aren't that predictable, and practising as if they are sets you up to be thrown. Naming someonhe heat — and sometimes they'll deny it. You nowpractise for both. NEW PRACTICE • Open, closed, leading, loaded and clarifying queslosed question is the right tool • Validating someone without agreeing with them • Disagreeing respectfully with someone close to yo • When mirroring works against you FIXES • Rehearsals now award XP, extend your streak and cl. They previously awarded nothing. • Scenario scores were capped below 100% on most conversations. A flawless run now scores 100, so your existing scores may look higher — that's the fix, not a bug. • Skills a scenario never tested no longer show as a red 0%. • Reading times on Conversation Notes were overstated. Now accurate.

Short, scenario-led Conversation Notes for the moments you've been postponing giving feedback, asking "what are we?", making small talk, pushing back on a deadline.
