Please make sure that you can easily unlock or lock the bike. I arrived at famous restaurant near mt fuji suddenly to see the app and qr code stopped working. After 20 minutes of trying it refused to lock. I walked around everywhere with the bike only for security to tell me they will watch it. When i I came outside now it was completely locked. I opened the app kept clicking unlock and nothing changed. After 30 minutes I hd to physically carry the bike from the parking lot and walk it constantly with it saying prohibited movement but then finlly after 10 minutes of walking with a completely locked bike it finally unlocked. Please just fix the basic functions, I never leave reviews but this experience was terrible.
