Multi-day tournaments out of beta Multi-day events and starting flights (Day 1A, 1B and beyond) are now available to every TD Elite and Card Room subscriber, with qualifiers carrying forward, prize pools consolidating across the whole field and one final result. Includes the guided event setup and flight builder, the event hub (Overview, Flights, Players, Money, Log), digital bag-up and chip counts, confirm-qualifiers with best-stack-forward, mid-event changes behind a cross-device edit lock, flight summaries, public recap pages and a consolidated result with PDF export. Multi-day now appears in the plan comparison and upgrade screens. Getting started and feature discovery: New accounts land on a getting-started checklist on Home: venue, blind structure, payouts, players, league, first tournament. Steps tick off from what you have actually set up and open the right screen in one tap. A Feature discovery card rotates through things you have not tried yet, each with a short showcase, a live demo where there is one and a single button to open it or compare plans. Features you use drop out on their own, and the card goes quiet during a running tournament. New Discover Features screen in the main menu lists the whole feature library by category, including what your plan covers and what sits above it. The discovery card can be hidden from Home at any time. Casting and the TV: Limited-edition Halloween theme for the Venue Display, live 1 September to 7 November each year, falling back to Classic outside the window. The TV now shows the time of day beside the tournament clock, and says how many minutes of late registration remain while it is open. New cast options: Paid Places Only trims the payout ladder to paid positions, and Show Payouts on TV lets you keep the ladder off the screen entirely. A Money & Ladder help button in the cast sheet explains what each money switch does. A winner celebration triggered from another device now respects your own "winner celebration on TV" setting. Text on the TV, and everywhere in the app, no longer changes size with the iPhone or iPad system text-size setting. The in-app Larger text option is unaffected. This stops the break countdown being squeezed or cut off on the TV when a venue logo is in the hero position. Running a tournament: Instant re-entry offer: when a player busts while re-entries are still allowed, the app offers the re-entry straight away, with a pick list of other recently eliminated players who are still eligible. Public pages now follow the owner's plan. If a plan no longer includes live sharing, live pages, leaderboards and venue pages pause with a notice; a tournament already on the clock keeps its page until it finishes, and result pages stay up permanently. TURNER: Answers now come from the 2026 edition of the Poker TDA rules, with every citation and rule number following the new numbering. TURNER also answers how-to questions about multi-day tournaments and flights from the in-app guide. Fixes and smaller changes: Password fields on sign-in and create-password can show what you have typed. On iPad, the new-tournament and edit-tournament forms have a header close button, and tapping the backdrop no longer discards your entries. Plan limits on venues and blind structures are no longer occasionally counted against an empty list right after launch. Thank you for running your games on Shuffle Up and Deal! This first update brings fixes and improvements from the launch weekend. Fixed a first-launch freeze on new devices. Notification alerts are now offered during onboarding and in Settings rather than at start-up. Fixed the TV display freezing after your phone or iPad had been locked. The cast screen now restarts itself if it stops updating. Fixed a rare case where an undo from another device could briefly clear seats across the table. Fixed re-entries occasionally being counted twice in a tournament's money. Removing a paid player from the waitlist now offers the same refund choices as removing a registered player. Payout rounding is now booked as house money, so the prize pool is never distorted by a ladder rounding up or down. Marking players at the venue and generating seating open two hours before the scheduled start on every visit, with an early-start override for directors who need it. iPad in landscape: the registration screen now uses two columns, with the roster on the right. Terms acceptance is remembered per account on each device. Update notices reach the app within minutes, checked on launch and when you return to it. TURNER now answers more how-to questions about the app alongside its rules coverage. Public live pages and venue dashboards use less data and battery for spectators. Sign-in recovers more reliably after a long period locked, and sync uses less data.
