Compass redesign is here. Wind Call’s compass now supports three modes: Manual, True North, and Magnetic Field. Magnetic Field mode adds custom field-direction correction for use near magnetic disturbances — such as armored vehicles or large metal structures — and in areas with jammed or unreliable GPS.

Profile Backup, Import, and Sharing are here. Wind Call now lets you back up your profiles, share a profile, and import profile backups when switching to a new phone. To make migration easier, this update also adds profile import support from Strelok and Applied Ballistics.

Wind Brackets expand to Mirage, Rain, and Snow. Based on user feedback and suggestions, Wind Call now extends Wind Brackets beyond the Gradient method to Mirage, Rain, and Snow — using the same familiar workflow. Long-press the magnification knob in Scope View to try it. This update also adds custom notes to profiles.

Drag Mode is here. Based on user feedback, Wind Call now introduces Drag Mode — a more direct and practical way to align the direction of mirage, rain, and snow on screen. Legacy Tilt Mode remains available for users who prefer the original behavior. You can switch between them from Settings, or by long-pressing the orange/gray align arrow. Also included: modest UI/UX refinements, updated guidance, and stability improvements.

Wind brackets are here. On the Gradient page, you can now capture short wind variations from a live Bluetooth anemometer stream or set a bracket manually around an average wind value. Advanced Ballistics uses the midpoint for the main firing solution and can show meaningful low-to-high elevation and windage ranges calculated through the full ballistic engine. Clock Overlay now displays total wind, crosswind, and headwind/tailwind components. Where available, headwind/tailwind effects are included in the firing solution, while Ballistic Breakdown separates Crosswind and Head/Tail for clearer analysis.
