Make editable, searchable transcripts from recordings on your Mac—without uploading audio or video to the cloud. Dropscribe runs Whisper and Parakeet models locally, so your recordings stay under your control.
Drop in an audio file, video file, or folder. Dropscribe extracts audio from video when needed, detects the spoken language, creates a transcript, and automatically applies speaker labels. Pick Whisper Tiny, Base, or Small for the speed and accuracy you need, or use Parakeet v3 for high-quality transcription with speaker detection.
