Polish and bug fixes
- Fixed an iOS bug where the screen could stay shifted after the keyboard hid
- Date and time pickers now fit comfortably on every iPhone size
- Fixed scroll on the import-from-email screen so the Add to my trips button is always reachable
- More accurate email parsing for booking confirmations across all supported cruise lines
