*Choose your own starting medicines (new)* - New accounts no longer arrive with Paracetamol and Ibuprofen already added. Pick what you actually use from a short list the first time you open the app, and again when you add a family member - On the free plan both medicine slots are now yours to spend, instead of being used up before you start *Medicines given after an event, not at a set time (new)* - Some medicines follow an event, a barrier cream after every nappy change, rather than a clock. The app pre-fills sensible defaults based on standard dosing guidance - Each medicine card now shows the next scheduled dose time at a glance for medicines in scheduled mode - The schedule now shows upcoming doses at their recommended times rather than just "tomorrow".
