Build-Hive is the all-in-one procurement and site-management platform built for UK construction companies. From the first quote request to signing off the final invoice, every step lives in one place — no more paperwork, spreadsheets or missed deliveries.
WHY BUILDERS CHOOSE BUILD-HIVE
• Stop chasing suppliers. Send a single quote request and watch prices come in side-by-side, sorted cheapest-first with Best Price and Fastest Delivery badges.
• Turn the winning quote into a purchase order with one tap. The supplier receives a branded PO email instantly — no copy-paste.
• Track every delivery on site. Your foreman ticks off received items, logs short deliveries and attaches photos right from their phone. Missing-items alerts fire automatically to the supplier.
• Match invoices to POs with a 2% tolerance — no more hunting through email threads when the numbers don't line up.
• Estimate jobs from a photo. Upload a site image and get back an AI-generated cost breakdown in seconds.
