Reclaim disk space without losing the builds and dSYMs you need. ArchiveManager backs up your Xcode archives to private iCloud, compares builds, and helps you investigate crash reports.
KEEP YOUR ARCHIVES WITHIN REACH
• Browse your Xcode archives, grouped by app and platform.
• Upload archives to your private iCloud storage and download them when needed.
• Automatically upload new archives while ArchiveManager is running.
• Optionally remove local copies after a successful upload.
• Preview .xcarchive bundles with Quick Look and export dSYMs.
SEE WHAT CHANGED BETWEEN BUILDS
• Inspect Xcode archives and IPA files.
• Compare file sizes, contents, Info.plist values, signing information, entitlements, privacy manifests, and binaries.
• Find the files and components responsible for changes in app size.
MAKE CRASH REPORTS READABLE
• Symbolicate .ips and .crash logs using matching dSYMs on your Mac.
• Open a crash log or paste one from the clipboard, then save the symbolicated report.
• Download matching archives from iCloud when the symbols you need are missing locally.
• Import available TestFlight crash feedback using your own App Store Connect API key.
RECLAIM SPACE AND AUTOMATE ROUTINE WORK
• Review and clean up DerivedData, simulators, SwiftPM caches, device support, provisioning profiles, and more.
• Use App Store Connect release information to help review and clean up local archives.
• Use Shortcuts to list archives, find dSYMs, compare IPA files, and symbolicate crash logs.
PRIVACY AND REQUIREMENTS
Uploaded archives are stored in your private iCloud database. Crash symbolication runs locally on your Mac. Your App Store Connect private key remains on your Mac and is used to authenticate requests directly to Apple. Your archives, crash logs, and credentials are not sent to the developer.
Requires macOS 26 or later. iCloud uploads require an Apple Account signed in to iCloud and available storage. Crash symbolication requires matching dSYMs and Xcode command-line tools. App Store Connect features require your own API key. Grant access to the folders you want to manage. No separate ArchiveManager account is needed.
SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT
The optional Tip Jar supports ongoing development. Tips do not unlock features.
