Health Lock - Unlock Your Life

Lock Apps. Unlock Health.

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Health Lock helps you stay honest with the habits that matter most: weighing in, logging food, and getting your steps. Instead of another passive tracker, Health Lock adds a clear consequence. Choose the apps you want to lock, set your daily health commitments, and Health Lock helps keep those apps out of reach until you follow through. Built for short, focused check-ins, Health Lock makes your daily routine simple: • Log your morning weight • Track meals with search, scan, recent foods, and calorie totals • Keep an eye on macros and calorie goals • Sync steps and health data from Apple Health • Lock distracting apps when your commitments are missed • Review streaks, trends, and progress over time Health Lock is designed to feel calm, direct, and supportive. No endless dashboards. No noisy motivation. Just a structured system that helps you do what you said you were going to do. Whether you are trying to lose weight, build consistency, reduce phone distraction, or create a stronger daily routine, Health Lock gives your goals teeth. Stay accountable. Earn the unlock.
