more This app is genuinely exactly what I needed to kickstart my weight loss journey and my journey working out. I got this app initially when I was just deciding on losing weight, the simple app and the AI features helped me get started with food plans and workouts that worked for my goals. The workouts being planned for me by AI and being able to track them was perfect as a beginner and reduced my anxiety and barrier to entry. As I started growing in my journey the app adapted to my needs. I was able to enter my custom workouts, quickly get videos of how to do exercises properly and most importantly track my workouts all from one place. The food and calorie tracking were also fantastic. This is the best all in one fitness app on the App Store in my opinion! Well done Dev Team 👏

- Cardio history reorganized. Your recent activities are now at the top instead of buried under 8 cards. Top 3 by default with a Show all button.

- All in-app page guides rewritten to cover everything new: AI Quick Session, AI Nutrient Gap Check, Track Mode, audible km and mile announcements with music ducking, Apple Health and Apple Watch integration, the new Insights tab.
- Removed the VO2 max estimate and Activity Heatmap. Both were noisy and not actionable.
- Achievements on the cardio page are now collapsed by default and hidden until you earn your first one.
Plus dozens of small stability and battery fixes.
