TaskLoco: Sticky Note To-Do
Alarms that actually go off
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Meet Wingman: your AI assistant that runs your to-do list for you.
Just tell Wingman what you need, in plain English. It creates the task, schedules the event, sets the reminder, and pins it to your board. You stop managing lists and start getting things done.
"Remind me to call Mom Sunday at 6."
"Add the dentist to my calendar next Tuesday at 3."
"Make a packing list for Miami."
Done. Done. Done.
WINGMAN AI (BETA 2.0)
- Creates and updates tasks and sticky notes in seconds
- Adds events and schedules them on your calendar
- Sets alarms, reminders, and deadlines so nothing slips
- Organizes, tags, and finds anything on your board
- Works by chat, so there's nothing new to learn
SEE YOUR WHOLE WEEK AT A GLANCE
TaskLoco turns tasks, notes, links, files, and events into colorful sticky notes on one visual storyboard. No endless lists. No buried folders.
- Yellow for normal, red for urgent. You know what matters in one look.
- #tags filter the whole board in one tap.
- Dates and attachments show on the front of every note.
- Your calendar and your board are the same data. Tap a day, land on the note.
