• Plan Route selects the same terminals as "Needs cash today" on the dashboard. Terminals due tomorrow are suggested, one tap to add. • The Needs Cash filter on the terminal list and the Smart Cash Allocator use the same list as the dashboard. • Terminals already on an active route show whose route and which stop, aren't selected again, and their cash isn't counted twice. • New: Max cash to keep per terminal (Edit Terminal). Suggested loads never go above it. • Every cash percentage is now "% of usual load" (or "% of capacity" when no usual load is set), the same on every screen and in the daily email. • Terminals without a daily rate yet get a labelled suggestion (usual load or your minimum) instead of a blank amount. • When a suggestion is capped by capacity, the card says so and how long a full machine lasts. • Completing or skipping the first stop starts the route and assigns it to you if nobody is assigned. • Leaving a newly generated route asks whether to save or discard it. • Route buttons take less space and stay hidden while you complete a stop. • The route map can show your position while the app is in use (you'll be asked once). • Fixed: address search keeps the house number you typed. • Fixed: "Remaining" on a route goes down when you load a stop that had no planned amount. • Fixed: empty cash bars no longer look full, and the Total Cash amount stays on one line. • The app now sends anonymous crash reports so we can fix problems faster.

• Needs cash today: the top of the dashboard shows which terminals will run out today, with a suggested load for each and how many need cash tomorrow. Plan Route starts with them selected. • Daily summary email: a 7 am email with what needs cash today and anything that needs attention. Turn it off any time in Settings. • Links in the daily summary email now open the app. • Live traffic: route planning uses live traffic for stop order and drive times. • Fleet Report: totals since your processor's last settlement, and a cash trend for the same terminals. • Needs attention: terminals that have been empty for 30+ days, with a one-tap Mark inactive. • One load-frequency setting for the whole organization. • Fixed: address edits are no longer overwritten by processor syncs, and addresses missing a city are completed. • Fixed: single-stop routes now show a drive time. • Fixed: terminals with a 0,0 map position are treated as missing a location; admins can update a location from the address. • Suggested loads: the same daily cash usage is used everywhere in the app, and each suggestion shows the math: the target, the days it covers, the buffer and the cash on hand. New terminals get a suggestion sooner. • Dispense Trends: each figure shows where it comes from, and you'll see "Not enough data yet" with the days collected so far instead of "Calculating…". • Fixed: average transaction size and transaction counts are now correct for every processor. • Unused cassettes are hidden in Cassette Detail. • Cash loads: an unusually large load (above the terminal's recorded capacity, or far above its usual load) asks you to confirm before saving, and impossible amounts can't be saved.

- Password reset links now open a page where you can set a new password, on any device or browser. - When your processor can't report a terminal's balance, the app shows "Balance unavailable from processor" instead of a negative amount and leaves that terminal out of low-cash counts and route suggestions. - Empty terminals now show $0 and raise a low-cash alert. - Processor-detected loads now show the amount added, not the new balance. - Recent Activity and Load History now include loads detected or reported by your processor, each shown once. - Terminals no longer reported by your processor are now flagged and excluded from totals. - Stops completed offline stay queued until they sync, with a pending count and Retry. - Fleet Report and dashboard totals include every processor and show withdrawals and non-withdrawals separately. - Disconnecting a processor account now fully removes its saved sign-in. - Team invitations and organization settings are better protected. - Activity times are recorded correctly in every time zone. - The dashboard loads much faster and stays usable if one section can't load. - Updated for iOS 27.

Free trial at signup New accounts are now offered a 14-day Professional trial. Previously this step was skipped entirely. Easier email confirmation Confirming your email now uses a 6-digit code. This fixes signups that couldn't be completed when the confirmation email opened in a different browser. Faster setup Connecting your processor now starts importing your fleet immediately instead of waiting for the next scheduled sync. Your organization name also saves correctly at signup. Fixes Setup steps no longer advance without completing, and the setup screen no longer reports success when no terminals were imported.

Route cash tracking Completed routes now show the total cash loaded across the route, plus the amount loaded at each stop. Fleet Report redesign A cleaner, easier-to-read Fleet Report with clearer cards, better contrast, and a tidier totals summary. Every terminal now shows its withdrawal / non-withdrawal counts since settlement. DNS processor improvements DNS terminals now appear in route suggestions alongside PAI and Switch, and automatic cash-load detection now works for DNS. New in this version: - Fleet Report is now a tap away from your dashboard — a summary tile shows your fleet balance, previous end-of-day, and transactions since settlement. Reliability: signing out and signing back in as a different user now fully clears the previous session.

The algorithm prioritizes terminals by urgency, respects your rounding preference, and lets you decide what to do with leftover cash — hold it, spread it across loaded terminals, or load additional ones.
