Ivologist is a clinician-guided wellness community built around a different philosophy: the people who struggle most with weight are often the ones whose bodies are working against them at a metabolic level, and that real, lasting change starts with real medical care.
Through the app, you join a moderated community of people who understand what this journey actually feels like, and gain access to the tools, education, and support to build a healthier life from the inside out.

What you can do in the app:
Get support. Use the Support Chat space to post questions and get help from fellow community members and our support team. Whether you have a question about your program, a billing matter, or a general concern, someone is there to help.
Connect with others. Join a moderated community where members navigating similar health journeys share real experiences, ask questions, and encourage one another. Community spaces include the Peer Support Forum, Support Chat, Success Stories, and Weekly Micro-Challenges.
Learn from expert content. Browse a growing library of education posts, guides, and resources inside the Free Resource Library. Topics include nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, and weight management.
Join live sessions. Attend Monthly Live Q&A sessions where members can get answers on topics relevant to their journey from our clinical team.
Complete your onboarding. New members are guided through a structured five-lesson course called Your First 7 Days, which helps them get oriented, connect with the community, and start building healthy habits.
