Messaging just got a full mobile redesign. Conversations now open full-screen with a back button, just like iMessage, so you can read and reply without any cramped layouts. Providers: we added a confirmation step to the Unavailable tab so you can't accidentally mark days off. Tap a date and confirm before it saves. Offices: when reviewing applicants, you'll now see each provider's exact star rating (e.g., 4.98) alongside the stars, factoring in both office reviews and cancellation history.
