Car Speaker Sound · iPhone Duo Support • Car Speaker Sound: Tap the speaker button on the mirror screen toolbar to play your phone's app sound through the car speakers. Sound stays in sync with the picture automatically, and you can fine-tune it in the info (ⓘ) panel. • For best results, set your phone volume to one step and adjust loudness with the car's volume. • Turning the speaker on pauses the radio, and turning the radio back on stops the mirrored sound. Until you tap the button, Bluetooth and radio are unaffected. • iPhone Duo support: Works on both the outer and inner displays, and mirroring continues when you fold or unfold.

Improved connection on iOS 16 and 17 • Fixed an issue where, in some cases, iPhones running iOS 16 or 17 could connect only in MJPEG mode instead of high-quality H.264/H.265 mirroring. High-quality mirroring now starts reliably, even right after installing the app.

Support for Tesla's 2026.26 Summer Update • Fixed the toolbar at the bottom of the screen appearing oversized after the Summer Update. The toolbar, Screen Control, and Info windows now fit your car's screen at about the same size as before.

Now it recovers on its own when the connection drops. • Automatic reconnect — if the secure connection drops while mirroring, FluxCast reconnects by itself and your car's screen comes back. • Connection Check — tap the status badge on the home screen to step through your hotspot, secure connection, address, and your car's browser. Sharper picture, smoother streaming. We've eliminated the screen ghosting/trailing on H.264 and H.265, so your mirrored screen now looks cleaner and stays smooth even during fast motion. Overall image quality is the best it's ever been. Recommended settings Newer Tesla (MCU3 / Ryzen): H.265 at 720p is the default and the sweet spot — crisp quality with stable, low-latency playback. Prefer maximum sharpness? You can manually switch to 1080p at 60 fps. Older Tesla (MCU2): MJPEG at 540p is the default for reliable playback.

- The bottom toolbar position (left/center/right), zoom level, and fill mode for the mirroring screen are now preserved even after the browser is refreshed. - A background color selection feature has been added for the web mirroring toolbar. Connection reliability has been improved across various network environments using hotspot connections. - In some carrier environments, such as certain LG U+ IPv4 plans, direct hotspot connection may not be supported. In such cases, it has been improved so that Tesla and iPhone can be used by connecting both to the same Wi-Fi router.
